Have you ever considered the planning process that NASA goes through to ensure a successful launch of one of their rockets? They use a planning process called T Time. It's where we get our famous T minus and counting, you know, 10, 9, 8, 7, but there's a lot more that goes into the successful launch of a rocket than just those last 10 seconds. In the same way as an owner, you only have so many hours in the day and seven days in the week.

What you do ahead of your transition or your transaction will determine how much of the value of that transaction stays with you. You know, it's funny, everybody likes to show up when the rocket is launched, but how many people are actually there to help you build that that engine and ensure that it's a successful launch when you hit the button?
